Stopped recording for a week and ate just my weight loss soup for 3 1/2 days. Indulged last night and enjoyed two small spare ribs. Weight this AM--- 183lbs. Down 2.5lbs. Slowly increasing activity with light weights and treadmill.

still to go:
8.0 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

Weighed in first thing this morning ---183lbs.(3.3lb loss).Maybe I'm off the plateau again. Made a new pot of soup again. Going to try three soup meals per day until it's gone to see the result. Just veggie snacks.

Back to the drawing board. Ten days on the weight loss soup and only .3 lbs loss.Oh well, one more day of soup and I try something else."We shall overcome". Each day is a blessing and new adventure. We never know what the coming day holds.

Down 2.2 lbs from my last weigh-in on the 16th. Not enough activity and perhaps too much grazing. Popcorn my weakness so major cutback until I reach my target weight of 175 lbs. Remaining totally positive with no major cravings or moments of guilt or depression, the bugbear of dieting. I am relying totally on my faith.
