Still hangin' tough.
Been mega busy....kiddos started back 2 school, and ive been busy at work....traveled out of town last week 2 days. so its been non-stop.
But all in all....theres definitely something to be said for maintaining :)

hope everyones doing good! :)

well...seem to be in a holding pattern. Maybe this is it for a while. Eventhough Ive been jogging like a nut in this hot humid weather...no additional loss.
