Feeling pretty good. Its the end of the soccer season, We had our parent vs kids soccer game last night. And I could actually keep up ! LOL We had a blast, and the kids loved it ! Its great to be healthy and able to do those kinds of things.
Still maintaining where Im at weight wise. Could use to get another workout in per week to push me through this.
Hope everyone has a great weekend. Keep up the great work ! :)
PS....Choose the the "trick" not the "treat" this week ! :)

Rain rain go away!
Rainy days bum me out !
Weight steady. Changed my goal weight finally to the elusive 160.
Will be traveling next week for work. ugh Must stay away from the margaritas! :)
All else status quo.
Smile everyone....we can do it !

Well, lets see....been super busy as usual. Weight steady. Went for a run last night, which was good since I hadnt had time the last few days to do much exercise. It felt great.
