well thats my exercises done today only 40 mins, so tired today.

Thats my exercises done for today 50 mins on wii fit, jogging hula hoops, and steps.
Bought some protein powder today see if i can up my protein and lower my carbs.
ok new goal lets see if i can loose 14lbs by end of April, think i might be pushing it, well lets see.
