did an hour on wii fit tonight,
think i might have my rest day tomorrow if my knee still giving me jip, and my arms ache too. lol

We went to see friends today for what we thought was going to be an hour, till they came out with sandwiches.
Inwardly i cringed, nooooooo not bread and with butter on, so looks like soup for tea, and fruit for dessert. lol
Did 1 hour on my wii fit today.
