some times its so hard to fit in the exercises, with my work shift patterns.
have some how put on weight this week but it is also time of the month so could account for that.

well i had a cheat day today, started out with just a cream egg that my husband bought me for easter, then treated myself to ice cream.
thought it would have been more calories, so quite pleased. looks like its chicken stew tomorrow lol
