Not lost any weight or no measurements gone down now for 1 1/2 weeks, trying to increase my calories and do more exercises.
Had two shortbread biscuits today at work and had all my calories today lets see if that will kick start my weight loss again.

well thats 1 hour and 25 mins exercise today, tried to up my calories to 1200 today not done too good at min only got to 940 so far, dont want to have any more fat intake today,
Just had quiche thought it would take me up to my limit, not enough calories though.

Been off fat secrets for a few days, my laptop decided to update and stopped my browser from working. oh well ok again now.
not lost any weight this week so far, maybe cos its the wrong week, started to take my protein shake 3 days ago, seems to be doing the trick, taking it before i go to work in mornings then not been getting hungry till afternoon time, just making sure i have a bit of something at dinner time. then my main meal when i get home.
