I had a fun workout today. My husband and cousin did cardio with me and it made me feel really fit. My poor husband was struggling...
I'm having a cocktail tonight since I've been so good. I get the best losses after a cheat day anyway.

Day 6 of 21 day fix and I'm already down a couple pounds. I might actually get below 150 by my birthday.

My muscles are so sore from those Beachbody workouts. Today was leg day. I need a massage and a hot tub...
I started 21 day fix on Monday, so my first weigh in will be next Monday. Happy hump day fit friends!

Work was so busy yesterday because we were the only restaurant open in the area (due to flash flooding). I worked for 11 hours before I got a chance to eat. Tips were great though. And I stayed under my rdi :)
