After gaining 2lbs last week the scale is finally going down again. 150s here I come!

I'm no where near as hungry as I was last Sunday. I think my body is adjusting to smaller portions. It's much easier to make good decisions when my stomach is happy.

Today was a good day. And God bless the makers of Halo Top low calorie ice cream. It's a great guilt free treat.

My 3 day Military diet is over and now I'm back to counting calories. I'm trying to plan my meals so that I don't get off track with my calories. I did have a small sugar binge last night (dark chocolate cashews, cashew milk ice cream and a mini strawberry cheesecake). Even with all that I stayed under my RDI.
