I need a couple days to clear my head. I'm stressed and hunger is getting out of control. I will be back once TOM is over. If anything I will just try to maintain this week...

I am in the 140s. This is the best bday gift to myself! In 5 days I will be 32 :)

My birthday is in less than 2 weeks. I am only 2lbs away from being in the 140s. That would be the best gift!
Hopefully once I reach my final goal of 135 I will have more e energy. I'm worn out by 9 every night.

For some strange reason watermelon fills me up better than most meals. I dice up the melon and add lime juice. I will make sure to keep buying these this summer.
