I started a 3 day diet to jump start my weight loss. I was really hungry earlier, but I took a nap and felt much better. My husband is doing it with me, so that makes it easier. I'm glad to be back. This time I won't stop until I hit my goal (135).

I moved into a new place and I absolutely love it. I especially like the fact that I have stairs. I go up and down several times a day for I exercise and I go to the pool a couple times a week. My goal is to lose 1lb a week by slowly increasing my activity and decreasing my calories. Good luck everyone!

It's Cinco de Mayo so I had a couple beers, some homemade nachos (thanks to my hubby) and a tequila shot. I'm over my rdi, but it isn't often that I go over. Cheers to getting fit one day at a time!
