I just had breakfast at Denny's. I had a skillet with grilled chicken, turkey bacon, broccoli, red potatoes and cheese. I feel great. I will make up for this heavy meal by eating a light lunch and dinner.

My weight bar is yellow. I almost cried when I saw it (tears of joy). I have worked so hard to lose weight, but until I joined fatsecret the scale wouldn't budge. I want my prebaby body back before my youngest turns 2.
Keep at it and don't give up. Be your own biggest supporter and your dreams will become reality.
