I am a curvy girl. I love that about me. I have never felt FAT but never really skinny either. I recently put on a few lbs after finishing college. I lost about 15 around Christmas without even trying! It was fabulous. I know it came off so easily because it should never have been there in the first place. But, I've been working out, consistently, 3-5 days a week since January. I really haven't lost a pound! It's getting frustrating! I know I look better and my clothes are fitting again. I feel like my workouts are toning but the scale won't budge!
I've chalked it up to eating really well on the weekdays but giving myself free reign on the weekends. So, I'd really like to eat healthier all the time, continue my workouts and start seeing results! I'd like to have a body that I can be proud of! This summer I want to wear the bikini non-stop!
Yesterday, I found out that I am at the top of the weight range for a female, age 22, height 5'3". I was crushed! I mean I am a size 6! But they're telling me I could lose nearly 40lbs and still be a healthy weight?! Sounds crazy. Last night I asked my boyfriend if he thought I needed to lose more weight. He told me that I was "on the right track."
In all honesty, I am young and able and I want to be the best me possible. Including making my body the best it can be...that's my goal.
