Ok, so last night was my first go at eating NO CARBS after work. It was rough. I did bodypump but skipped flow and just wanted to go home, was in a bad mood. But then I wanted someone to play with and everyone was busy! So I made dinner, ate sauteed hamburger and onions with garlic and olive oil. It was ok, not great. But it was the first day and I was motivated (plus had NO food in the pantry worth eating). I am frustrated because I feel like I look good, but the stupid body calculator told me I'm at the very TIP-TOP of my weight range! How annoying is that? So, I would like to lose more and really begin to see major results. It does get old working out all the time and seeing the scale stay EXACTLY the same. Anyway, I stuck with my omelet and fruit breakfast. Here's hoping I'll be down a few lbs in a week! So glad I got on foodsecret!
