Do you have any Intermittent Fasting tips?
I just wanted to say hello. I just started the same intermittent diet yesterday and I'm excited about it! Heard many good things even from nutritionists. Im also going to try Keto for a bit... but if not that Mediterranean.

If I learn some tips I will let you know. So far, the past two days have been easy!
