I grew up in Chicago. Food has always been the center of my life. When I was younger I was able to keep the weight off by playing sports.
After an injury, I started having trouble maintaining my weight. I peaked at 200 went down to 160. After 11 months of being laid off I put nearly all 40lbs I had lost.
Now I'm just starting over, but not looking for a quick fix. I'm making lifestyle changes. I started going to the gym in the last month and am being more aware of what I am eating.
