I am finally done having children. I love being pregnant. Mostly because I use it as an excuse to eat whatever comes to mind. I seem to be at a stand still and I've decided to go back to my old friend South beach.

My short term goal is to lose 15 lbs by Dec. I want to be in bathing suit shape by Feb. I am planning a trip to Hawaii in March. I want to be comfortable with myself by then.

Before mmy 4 kids I was a toothpick. Time to get as close to that as possible again. i'm trying to be obsessive about the gym, which I have never done before. Day care at the gym is my new best friend. It makes my exercise my me time. I want to lose what I have to lose, and train mmyself to not just go back to eating junk all the time.

My Big Goal! To not need a tummy tuck. I have resigned mmyself to thinking that I will have to get a tummy tuck. If I can look good in a bikini without needing that. I will be very satisfied.

Salty and Crunchy
I'm not positive if its allowed, but I like suflower seeds. They take a little while to eat, and I am just addicted to them. When I quit smoking 6 years ago, that's how I did it. I think Sunflower Seeds just replaced the addiction. They are salty and crunchy though. I also like cut up cucumber slices sprinkled with salt. They are delicious. Pickles too if you like the tart and tangy stuff. Good luck!

day 3 and going strong...
Still going strong at day 3. Although I'm skipping the gym to go shopping and run errands. Maybe if I try on something skimpy it will push me to go crazy at the gym tomorrow.

Can someone tell me how to put the weight loss line at the bottom of the message???

New in search of Buddy
Hello,

I am new. I am looking to lose 15 to 20 pounds. I am going to Hawaii in March. I have until Dec before I give up and get a tummy tuck. I jsut want to look good in a bathing suit again and not have to hide under the pool umbrellas. Laughing

I am starting South Beach phase 1 on Monday. Going shopping tomorrow to get all the food. I found this site while searching for recipes so that I might be able to stick to it without going nuts.

Want to be my buddy???
