I wish I could help you. I know that I did that in the middle of the night. I don't remember how I stopped it, but it used to annoy my husband! There was no way I couldn't fall asleep until I had that snack in the evening.

CRAVING SOMETHING SWEET...BUT HAVE BEEN ON LOW CARB FOR 3 MONTHS ?
I'm finding myself in a quandary. My husband thinks I need to cut back on the evening meals, after my last meal around 6pm. This is semi working out, but I do miss my sweets. Trying my best!

This rings true. I tend to crave sweet foods, but I understand that I can't do that very often. I also use sweeteners, for my desserts or sweetened meals, and in my black coffee.
