Hi - I'm a 52 (almost 53) year old with a husband, three sons, two daughter-in-laws, and three dogs (two of our own and our grand-dog)! I work full-time as a School Psychologist in an rural elementary school with over 600 kids (K-6) and though I love my job, it can be pretty stressful at times. Add to the everyday stress is the fact that 3 of my kids are currently deployed. Stress release comes in the form of exercise (cardio at least 5-6 days a week and strength training at least 3 days a week); reading; gardening; time on the computer; and unfortunately, this year, eating!
