My average weight over last week was 180.7, down 1.1 lb from my average the week before, so I am heading in the right direction. Hopefully this water retention from the steroids will resolve soon and my average can get back down by the end of the week. Currently I'm just above 181. I want to get back under 180!!

Yesterday was a pretty on target day but I'm still having problems eating enough. Today is going to be a little difficult because I'm at work and running out of low carb staples. I will do my best though.

I gained a couple pounds. Partly because I am moving and have been using up some things that I shouldn't be eating (like some Amaretto, Butterscotch Schnapps and Baileys). Also, I'm not replacing the Atkins friendly things so I have less to move. Once I move I will replenish my good things and get back on track.
I also had to take a course of steroids for my allergies (I couldn't breathe for 3 mos so I finally broke down to do it). That always makes me gain.
Small set back. I really want to get back on the other side of 180!

I have not been eating enough. We are moving next week and I have not been replacing things I run out of so I don't have to move them, so my choices are limited by that. I also had to take a course of steroids for my allergies (I couldn't breathe for like 3 months before I finally broke down and took them) and they always make me gain a few pounds. Hopefully after the move I can get back on the right track. I'm actually only taking in 15-20 carbs a day and less than 1500 cals.

Kendyl and I celebrated yesterday (I don't owe the IRS for the first time in years!) with a lunch at our favorite Asian restaurant. My splurge was 2 pieces of crab rangoon. I had won ton soup but did not eat the dumpling. I ate my Amazing Chicken (chicken and veggies) and skipped the rice. I'm not sure how many carbs but my estimate was about 9 mostly from veggies.
