I followed things reasonably well, sometimes coming short on both carbs and calories. My only cheat is alcohol, and I did go out with Tina Thursday and drank a lot. That is probably why no real loss. I had a few almonds twice also.

Haven't journalled regularly as I've been busy with both work and packing for our move later this month. I need to try to get on and do it daily. I finally got the mobile app figured out and I can journal from there, it is just easier to type on a keyboard IMHO.
My weight got down to a low of 182 yesterday but was back up a bit (183.4) today. I tend to weigh more on work days than off days because when I'm off I wait until after I defecate to weigh. Maybe I should only weigh on days off.....might try doing that.
Made delicious scallops last night with an Asian flair. The sauce had onion, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and called for sugar but I used splenda. It also had cornstarch which I cut in half. It really was good!!

I messed up today. Everyone was getting Pizza Hut so I thought their wings would be lo carb. I ordered and ate them, but when I went to track them they were like 12 net carbs due to the slight breading. GRRRR. Well, live and learn. I will stay on track the rest of the day.

I under ate yesterday and had alcohol. So the lower weight today is likely temporary. 😔

I hope I'm back on track. My little snafu yesterday cost me about a pound and I was busy today with Kendyl so I didn't exercise(she was in a hurry to go out and get our nails done and such). I stayed within Atkins guidelines so far today (low tho in both cals and carbs). It is nice that my appetite is nicely controlled. I might cheat a drink tonight. In the mood!!
