I didn't track today because of my Aunt Betty's funeral. I pretty much stayed on point but did have one beer and a broccoli/carrot salad that had a corn flake topping. The rest of my day was low carb. I will get back on track tomorrow.

Had Starbucks yesterday. NOT worth the carbs! Had little veggies yesterday because the starbucks was 19 carbs. Live and learn.

Okay, I did everything right yesterday and the scale was up. No alcohol, lots of water, maybe a little low on the carbs and cals but close (18.3 and 1472 respectively). So today I averaged my numbers over the last two weeks and that is more encouraging.
Week 1: Starting Wt. 188 Ave Wt. 186.2
Ave Net Carbs 21.3
Ave Cal 1566
Ave WW PP 29.5
Week 2: Starting Wt. 184.4 Ave We. 184.7
Ave Net Carbs 22.7
Ave Cal 1495
Ave WW PP 27.7
So technically lost each week. Over all start was 190 so lost 5.3 total, but I got to a low of 184.2.
Today I splurged on a Starbucks Skinny Vanilla Latte (grande) because our manager was treating. As much as I love it, it is not worth the 19 net carbs, so I won't be doing that again!! I plan to stay on plan the rest of the day, though I will probably overshoot the net carb goal. Then back to business! I desperately want to get down to 179 and start on OWL.

My weight was up slightly today. I didn't drink enough water yesterday. Since I had two drinks (vodka and mio in seltzer) I can stop deluding myself that I lose more if I drink. I also realize I am undereating on some days so I need to do better there. I am going to stay on induction until I reach 179, then I will start OWL. I think that is a good plan.
I've made a couple buddies here which is great! It is fun to share stories and ideas and tips.

There I go again....had alcohol last night but lost. I didn't lose when I didn't have any. So strange.
I downloaded the mobile app for this site but can't seem to get it tied into my account. Not sure how to do that. Might have to check out the forums.
