I would stick to the Atkins diet. It allows for more vegetables and fruits. And it's working for you.

Fooling myself?
I too get bored of my treadmill. Some things I've done to help.
- I've placed my treadmill so I can watch tv and listen to music while I walk/run.
- I run 2 minutes and walk 3.
- I've switched my settings so I see distance instead of time.
- I've put motivational quotes that I can read.

No Skinny Girl Inside
Think about it as getting healthier more than about losing the weight.
Also read about losing weight, I think understanding how your body works and how a diet works helps. Even if you think you know - a little reminder doesn't hurt.

Same here. I've lost inches more than pounds but it feels great to fit better into my clothes. Smile
