And Flavas, why can't you have oil? The fat in some oils is very VERY good for you. Some olive oils, palm oils, flaxseed, and fish oils are imperative.


The hcg diet doesn't allow it, nor any dairy... We are allowed 2 fruits, 2 proteins, 2 melba toasts and certain veggies. We can use apple cider vinegar and any types of herbs/seasonings.

OH! I use apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, pepper and a tiny bit of non-caloric sweetener i.e. splenda. I made a great salad with that "dressing" and I added boiled chunks of chicken and pieces of an orange and OH MAN! It was so good! lol
