I've had about two weeks of feeling sluggish, skipping workouts and eating poorly. This ends today, I'm getting myself back on track!! Did an hour of weight training today and sprints. Spinning class and lifting tomorrow.

I am on Day 4 of my Raw Food Detox and it's incredibly hard to stay totally raw throughout the day. I've slipped many times, especially at dinner time and had a handful of almonds or cheerios. But I don't actually feel hungry, just craving salt and carbs. Three more days to go!
