The Pizza Diet - does it actually work?
The problem with these types of diets is that they are a fad, something that you can do in the very short term. I can see the appeal, most people I know really like pizza as a "vegetable" (thanks US government...) and diets like these seem to set others up for failure. Can it be done? Yes. Can it be done long term? Not unless you're insane. I don't know anyone who would be able to eat one whole pizza every day for the rest of their lives. Let's use our heads here and do something that will work for you long term. Remember, it's not a diet, it's a lifestyle! For me, it's low-carb, for others, it's calorie restriction. You have to do what works for you, but don't be surprised if you get bored of the pizza diet, or worse, go overboard with it and gain weight.

Besides the calories, pizza is inherently salty. I would imagine that eating pizza all day long would take its toll on your kidneys no matter how much water you're drinking.
