I'm a twenty something woman who is terribly afraid for my husband and my own health. Both our parents are diabetic, but not over weight and we are. We really want to change our lives to lessen the possibility of the same fate, and hey it wouldn't be absolutely terrible to look amazing. I am extremely bubbly and the most motivated person I know. I am learning how to change the way i see food. Is it something that will be good for my body or just good to taste? Through out this process i have found that a happy medium does exist as long as I exercise when im having a foodie day. I find inspiration in others stories and hope that I have the same effect on at least one person.
