Scales are steady. Lots of pain and not been able to be very active, but still more active than my neck thinks is a good idea....Really watching my calorie intake and weighing all my food to try and maintain. Have a great St. Patrick's Day everyone and God bless!

Scales are down but the doctor put me on Prednisone today and that might not bode well. Am weighing everything I eat so maybe, if it doesn't add to the swelling issue, I can deal with it. May be facing surgery if this doesn't work. Just trusting God to help me get through this all, including weight loss. God bless and goodnight.

Well, scales didn't move, but I didn't think they would. Pain level is still up there but I spent the day doing chores and shopping. Dinner was very unorthodox, I call it, "clean out the fridge." Little bits of a lot of different things. Probably not the most healthful way to eat, but will try to do better over the weekend. Have a great night and God bless!

Long day. Lots of pain. Totally missed breakfast and I know that is not good. Well under the calorie goal. Might have a snack before bed. Really to tired and in too much pain to eat. Hope for a better day tomorrow! Goodnight friends!
