No gain, no loss. I must be at a plateau. Waiting on seeing a neurosurgeon. Then we will figure things out more. Have a blessed day!

Today has been hard. I am waiting on MRI results and going off the steroids. The nerves and the pain make me want to eat. Stress eating has always been one of my downfalls. I didn't go over the calorie count too much, this was my worst day as far as wanting so much more than I ate. I've just got to keep on working on it and try to be honest with my calorie intake, because once I start to not log foods correctly, I will be lost! With God's help I can do this.

Once again slow goes the scale, but I am please 2 days in a row to see something good.....

Little loss but I'll take it. This isn't my usual time to weigh but it's going to be a busy day. Might be the only chance I get.

Weight is holding steady. That is the best I can do right now. Go for an MRI on Thursday and then we will see what will happen. Ten more days on Prednisone and hopefully I won't feel so rough. Still weighing what I eat and I think that is the only thing that is keeping me from overeating. Accountability is the key. God bless you all and we will all just keep on trying......
