I'm 26 years old and work in Accounting for a division of Kraft Foods. Last year, I was a size 4 and 140-145 lbs. Somehow between October and now I've gotten up to a size 12 and 160-165 lbs. :(
I have never weighed this much before. I had a personal trainer for the past 6 months and I think I hit the weights too much. That being said, now I'm just doing cardio to try to slim down. I try to get to the gym at least 3 times a week and run 30 minutes (at 75 rpm) and do a little ab work once or twice a week. I'm trying to work up to 2-a-days but work keeps getting in the way!
My downfalls are beer and late-night eating. I love, love, lovvee beer! :(
