I am a mother of two. Since I had my youngest son in July of 2009, I have not lost much weight like I did with my oldest. I am 4'11" weighing in at 146 lbs. I need to drop down to at least 125 lbs. Since I am overweight, I am in a higher risk of getting diabetes and high blood pressure. These two illnesses do run in my family, so it's a little scary. So, I am changing my eating habits and trying to exercise more often, so that I can prevent myself from getting these illnesses and ofcourse I want to live healthy as long as God has planned me to.
