About 4 years ago I saw a picture of myself while on vacation in Hershey Park and could not believe how large I had gotten after having my 2 wonderful children, Bay who is now 9 1/2 years old and Cove who is now 7 years old. I came home from vacation and joined LA Weight Loss and was successful in losing 35 pounds! What a new way of life and eating, it was a great investment. Now life has changed about 2 years ago my Dad was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer and passed away a year ago this February. Needless to say it has been a challenge to keep off the 35 lbs. totally. My body is at a comfort zone of between 164-167 pounds and my eating discipline has weakened. This weekend my sister, Michelle, came to visit and she has lost over 60 pounds, what an inspiration and change she has made. She turned me on to fatsecret.com and I am going to give my best shot at dropping that 10 pounds. With Gods help and some Wii fitness I hope by April I will be comfortable wearing a bikini in Florida :)
