Menopause is kicking my butt (and my waistline) and I am going to do something about it before it gets out of control. 15 pounds my not seem like a lot, but i can see where it could quickly turn into 25 or 50 if i don't get serious. so....i'm all in. healthy eating (i HATE the "d" word), healthy living, getting outside and moving my body. I live in beautiful southern california so i have no excuse not to get out there and get it done. here is to a summer of positive changes in my life!
