I'm 32 years old, married, no kids, but planning to have kids soon. I currently work part time at home, and a second part-time job that is only a 15-min drive away. Lately, I've been dissatisfied with my low energy levels throughout the day, and would really like to burn some fat, shape my hips and thighs, and just feel more energetic. I am what most people consider in the normal weight range, but I seriously lack muscle tone, and I suffer from back aches and pains, and hope that in adopting a healthier lifestyle, I can change my life.
