Hi! I just started a Ketogenic diet for energy & to gain muscle and regulate my hypoglycemia & arthritis. I am an older mom of 2 young kids & a teenager who has a higher body fat percentage for her weight 135- 27.5 so I want to change my body to be healthier & increase bone density which is currently at 5 lbs.
I sing in a performance band, but I can't keep up with the older more in shape members right now & am praying this lifestyle change will be the answer to good health.
