I've been eating nuts throughout Induction with no issue. Had a few Chiltons (vodka and club soda), and still lost weight. Today started Phase 2. Added in strawberries. I've been walking 2.5 miles the past few days, as weather allows. Freezing and windy today but going to walk regardless.
