Appetite has finally returned -- I've been hungry all day for the first time in a week or so. Been snacking every few hours. But oddly, my calorie intake is still relatively low. Keeping it low carb, though.

Going to make a concerted effort to drink ALL water before 6 p.m. And to drink enough. I'm counting coffee towards intake, as the diuretic effect is minimal. Gearing up for another 3 mile walk today, though the wind is supposed to be horrendous. Oh well, it just means more resistance and that means a better workout.

Think I'm probably not eating enough calories..? Yesterday clocked in at 1096. With the walk I did, probably not enough. It's hard to eat when you're not hungry, counterintuitive to me. ABout the hit the trail for a 3 mile walk. Going to start yoga next week. Noticed my legs hurt a lot yesterday. Wonder if that's a depletion of glycogen..hence, lack of carbs? We'll see how it goes today.

Appetite remains diminished. Pretty much have to force myself to eat. Tired of rich meat and fat!

Did not drink the usual 56 oz. of water today. I don't drink 64 oz because I simply can't...I'm very petite and feel 48-56 oz of water is sufficient. I certainly spend a lot of time in the loo, and as an over-50, I do that anyway, at night. So, I stop drinking anything after 5 p.m. I did have several cups of coffee, so perhaps that counts toward water intake. Feeling bloated and had to force myself to eat dinner. Appetite remains fairly diminished. I feel full most of the time.
