At the beginning I told myself 6 pounds/month. That's 1.5 pounds per week. I also planned to weigh in only monthly. Today is weigh-in day for the month. I lost 6 lbs which was my goal...so why am I disappointed?

It's funny how some days I feel like I am so hungry I can't get enough to eat and other days like today, I feel stuffed and am hundreds of calories under my limit. I don't get it. On the once a month weigh in schedule I have myself on, I am one week away from weigh in day. I try not to get my hopes up too much, but my clothes are looser and I feel thinner...

Today was really tough. I was hungry all day and couldn't decide if it was real hunger, boredom or what. Yikes. I must do better tomorrow!

For some reason I was extra hungry today but I stayed strong and just ate extra carrots.
