Hellooo! My name is Lindsay and I'm a 24 year old college student in Michigan. I was freakishly fit all through highschool and the first years of college. Then, 4 years ago, things changed for the worst and I started adding about 20lb a year to my 5'9" frame. This year mid-summer was my breaking point. At 240 I was nearly 100lbs heavier than my graduation weight and the excess fat was wreaking havoc on my life and lifestyle. None of my clothes fit...I had grown out of my size 7 pants years ago and was slowly unable to fit in even my tops and tees. I decided to take the control back and I've been steadily losing weight and gaining confidence and love being in a community where everyone is on the (sometimes long and painful, but definitely worth it) track to a fitter self.
