I weighted in on Sat..but ate off since them...Tomorrow I weigh in at the TOPS meeting.

Saturday afternoon and Sunday were horrid days, eating wise. I did not stay on plan..and messed up royal. Today I am fasting ..working at getting my life back in order, after all the company from last week. We had a great time but I just feel worn out. Yesterday I was in charge of a birthday/Easter potluck ..which had 30 people in attendance. I was weak and ate. I didn't prepare like I should of...then I wouldn't be writing there words

I am a bit nervous today..haven't recorded any food intake. I like to keep a close eye on it all so I don't over do in any area.

I didn't weight today..Felt frightened what the scale would tell. I did stay true to the eating plan yesterday..but I had lettuce wrapped cheese burger without the ketchup and pickle..with mayo. For supper I had two cheese burgers (without the buns)from Burger King..when I got home I ate the more carbs to get me where I needed to be..carbs in the form of foundation veggies. I just didn't feel I would loose eating so much.
