I didn't weight today..Felt frightened what the scale would tell. I did stay true to the eating plan yesterday..but I had lettuce wrapped cheese burger without the ketchup and pickle..with mayo. For supper I had two cheese burgers (without the buns)from Burger King..when I got home I ate the more carbs to get me where I needed to be..carbs in the form of foundation veggies. I just didn't feel I would loose eating so much.
