I'm a senior in college and I began my weight loss journey roughly four months ago. I started at my heaviest (165) and I'm now 20lbs. lighter. Awesome, right? Actually, not really. I'm half black/half filipina, so that means I'm short (4'11). Because of this, I've struggled with my weight and have always thought if I was a few inches taller then I’d be FINE! But since I've missed that growth spurt lol, I need to lose this weight so I can become a healthier, fitter me. So here I am. To find support to lose 20 more lbs. so I can suppress this fat gene that has claimed lives on my dad’s side of the family.
