so far so good...now to have a decent protein and veg dinner without ruining it with late night snacking...I WILL resist temptation
(writing this from the gym now so I REALLY dont want to undo all this hard work - it WILL eventually pay off)

Fat secret is a great too for recording the journey... (in my case a great reality check). I am VERY good at making excuses for my current situation (O I have always been on the large side I have big bones I dont have time to exercise and eat healthy etc etc) But the reality is this time last year I was 10lbs lighter than I am today (CHECK MY WEIGHT CHART!) even then i was trying to lose weight but clearly thing have been going in the wrong direction...what i would give to be back in that zone again! SO my target for this summer...to get back to the size I was LAST SUMMER and take it from there...

wow its been a loooooooong time! ive missed fat secret! consequently ive gained weight :( but im baacckk! hey to all my buddies and to all potential new buddies join me as we lose this weight for good!
