This is really going to be a tough week for me as I will not be able to go to the gym or take my regular walks. On some good news here my knee is feeling better so I am going to start working out on my Pilates machine alittle at a time as I don't want to blow it. Maybe try some of that ab work you mentioned John, by the way you are way ahead of me on the fit bit. Have a good one.

Well I saw my doctor for my knee and he wants me to stay off it for a couple of weeks (that's like asking a fish not to swim) Zumba is out but I can do upper body and exercises that don't put alot of pressure on my knee, so we will see how it goes. I guess I will have to tone down my speed walking if I can get my German Shepherd to understand and walk slower.
It's sad the medicines that would help with the inflammation and discomfort I cant take because of the Warfarin. :(

Well I guess it's better the tiny move instead of up. I have had alot of company this past week and it makes it really hard to stay totally on track. Now I have hurt my knee and that makes it difficult to walk the pace I am used to, but never mind I have never let things like that keep me down.

Sorry about the increase blame it on the 4th I had a grilled rib-eye steak I was going to have a glass of wine but didn't. Now I have to get my butt into gear and get back on the plan.
Hope you all had a great 4th. My poor dogs hated it every time they went to go outside someone let off crackers and they would bolt back in and try to hide.
The crackers started about 2pm and finished after 12am I was a little pissed off by that time. Now that I have gotten that off my chest I feel better. :)

So hot and muggy makes one feel sluggish. However, I walked Max (GSD) at 6:20am my Rottie didn't want to go I think I walked her to far yesterday.
Now I am off to the gym for Zumba and Yoga (2hrs). It will be alot cooler there "I hope".
