Well I saw my doctor for my knee and he wants me to stay off it for a couple of weeks (that's like asking a fish not to swim) Zumba is out but I can do upper body and exercises that don't put alot of pressure on my knee, so we will see how it goes. I guess I will have to tone down my speed walking if I can get my German Shepherd to understand and walk slower.
It's sad the medicines that would help with the inflammation and discomfort I cant take because of the Warfarin. :(

We actually do one leg planks in yoga of which I am not very good. :)

No gym or walking the dogs for me for a couple of days, I tripped last night and re-injured my knee (bummer) I kept it iced and am not one to give up so I hope to get back to a modified schedule in a few days. Myawethin: you are right about that. lol

When you can't get around as well as you would like, work your abs until sore. It will help to keep you focused until you can get out and move...
