Well I guess it's better the tiny move instead of up. I have had alot of company this past week and it makes it really hard to stay totally on track. Now I have hurt my knee and that makes it difficult to walk the pace I am used to, but never mind I have never let things like that keep me down. Have a great Sunday everyone. :)
