Lacking Motivation
The great thing about a new meal and fitness plan (Diet is such a negative word nowadays) is that it gets easier as you become accustomed to new foods and daily routines. That's what I hold on to anyway. That and how I will feel once fit and healthy.

polycystic ovarian syndrom
I actually just found out I have PCOS recently. I'm a little worried about being able to have a child someday, but that won't even be a consideration for a long time, I'm only 21. So far I have read both books my mother sent me about PCOS,and I'm ready to start the program. I just hope I can stick to it. On top of being insulin resistant, I LOVE to eat too!

Best wishes with having a child!
