How Do You Reward Yourself
I reward myself every 5 lbs. I has worked pretty good. Tomorrow at weigh in I should become a lifetime member. (at their goal - not mine, at mine I still want to lose 8 lbs) I am an AVON rep and they have great things to reward yourself with! They not only have makeup but gifts and grooming products for women, kids, men, teens, vitamins and wellness products, DVDs, toys, clothing, Mark products … the list goes on and on. And of course walking season is back so what is better than the Skin so Soft bug repellent!! Now that is a reward in itself. I DON'T CARE WHAT ANYONE SAYS...
I started weight watchers on 2-28-08. I do not go to meetings or am a member of their website. A friend gave me all the info when she joined. I do not like to cook AT ALL. So since I started I have had a Smart One frozen meal for lunch and dinner everyday - except maybe a dozen - I found a delious and easy recipe for taco soup and I have tried roast beef wraps and turkey bacon/low fat cheese grilled sandwiches which aren't bad either but for the most part I stick to the frozen meals. I started at 180lbs and currently weigh 151. I was down to 148 until I went on vacation last weekend. I don't exercise much - I'm still lazy. But my point is frozen meals work for me. They help me with portions and Smart Ones have some good dinners. I lost the weight pretty fast and have been at a stand still lately but I'll get it back in gear. More frozen meals, here I come!!Very Happy
