My plan is to lose weight in a healthy way. I want to feel healthy and do sports again.
My highest weight was 80kg with height of 170cm.
My lowest weight with this height was at age of 19, I was very active then and had a poor diet, so I weighted 58kg.
I do wish to have that weight again (10 years later) tho it might be impossible if reaching that weight would feel unhealthy. :)
I'm at 72 now, gaining weight again after finally shedding some weight and reaching 68kg. So my weight is bouncing and I decided proper low carb or keto would do... considering my Pcos.
