Alright, week 2, lost another 5 pounds. Pretty much watched what i ate and went to the gym when i could. Making good progress already. Look forward to being back down and more energy. Had a good workout today. Only had to stop to go to the bathroom once and was able to do 30 mins straight after already completing 18 minutes. Felt a lot better.

Getting started again. Told myself that i would never get back up here again, but this time, i am not stopping at my goal weight. I am going to continue and make it a lifestyle change. I have a partner to make the journey with now! We are gonna do it!!
